Saredo Shio – Japanese Moshio Seaweed Salt
Moshio is a traditional Japanese salt made by simmering seawater with seaweed. The seaweed gives it a soft beige colour and a mild, rounded flavour with a gentle hint of umami, making it less sharp than regular table salt.
Sprinkle it over tempura, onigiri, sashimi, grilled fish or vegetables to bring out their natural flavour.
