• Shirokoji Awa (12%) – a sparkling sake made with secondary in-bottle fermentation; white koji and yeast give a refreshing tartness, lifted by fine bubbles
• Happo (Sparkling) Nigori (15%) – lightly sweet, crisp and bright; ideal as an aperitif, with desserts or even with spicy food
• Junmai Daiginjo (RPR 45%) – tranquil, mild and mellow with the essence of tasty rice
• Junmai Ginjo 55 (RPR 55%) – clean and refined with subtle acidity, made for food pairing
• Tokubetsu Junmai (RPR 60%) – smooth and easy-drinking, great warm or chilled
